    disruptive noise

The room was comfortable, but noise from upstairs was quite disruptive at night.

It was a very convenient location at a good price.

When I saw the pictures online, the rooms seemed quite huge, but they werent. Also there was a note on the bathroom mirror to say "limit ur showers to 3 minutes due to power usage"--???? I wasnt told this at the time of booking. My duvet had stains on it -- did not use it. Went and purchased another one. There was only one light in the bedroom. It looked like a sad room. But I guess, this is what u get at this price. We came to the apt only to sleep at night, so it was not a big issue.

The location was fantastic and the highlight for us was the spectacular views. Although the room was basic and quite small for 3 people, it was value for money.

The service we received prior to staying was slightly below average. When we needed to make a few changes to our booking, we found them to be a wee bit rude however when we arrived, it felt like we were dealing with completely different people. The owner was welcoming and friendly. Just some feedback. The visitor booklets could be improved. More information on things to do and eat would have been helpful and the presentation of these booked could definitely benefit with a revamp look-wise. We tried to call reception from our room but could not locate a number to call them so we had to call them using our own cellphone which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, the place was value for money. Perfect for what we needed it for.

Yummy food combined with an excellent service. Location near to all the shops and restaurants, cafes and shops and hill to all the shops and the lake.

The rooms have a cozy feel, with well-equipped kitchenettes perfect for whipping up meals, and the views of the mountains from the studios are fine. The location is a real gem, just a stone's throw from the shops and the lake.

The ceiling and walls are a bit thin, so expect to hear more than you bargained for from your neighbors. Ongoing roadworks nearby cause some access issues, and dragging luggage over pebbled paths is a hassle. At night, the lack of outdoor lights made returns to the room a bit tricky. Some reported disturbances from partying guests and noisy upstairs neighbors, which can interrupt a good night's sleep.

The strategic location of the hotel. Clean towels.

The service and the room was pretty small. The heater was not working well, the sitting room was bit cold for us

The View from the room was worth a million dollars, that and teh location in closeness to the main strip was well worth it. Would definately go back for a cheap accommodation.

Convenient location near shops and cafes.

The furniture felt outdated and worn. There was a persistent smell in the bathroom that seemed like mould. The TV options were limited, very disappointing for longer stays.

An older style motel but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The location was perfect. We arrived on an early morning flight and when we arrived to drop off our bags we were told our room was ready for us. It was only 9.00am. Just brilliant.

Needs commercial Laundry appliances. Remove old heater. Replacing tired and old bedding. Needs a few more essential kitchen utensils.

    central location
    hot showers
    cozy heating
    ongoing roadworks

The central location made it easy to explore and we hit the slopes for some skiing. The hot showers after a day of adventure were a lifesaver, and the heating kept us cozy. Perfect for a group getaway!

The check-in process was frustrating, as the ongoing roadworks created access issues, made it hard to get there smoothly.

Very close to the centre of town, walk in 3 minutes.

Clean and tidy but could be time for a bit of a makeover, but not a major issue

excellent value for money, 5 mins from town centre, walking distance to pubs, shops, waterfront , gondola and much more.
